You could either

1)  Invest in a couple of cd-burners and fast cd drives.  It's not
exactly
real-time, but hey, we're talking windows here.
2)  Install samba on a Linux box.  It's not too bad (in fact, if you
need this
type of service, it kicks booty), and there are even gui's to set up the
server.
It also allows printer sharing.  You probably already have the software
on cd
somewhere (like an install cd?)  Just install the package (or download
the
tarball, extract, configure, compile....) and look at /etc/smb.conf.
