Anne and I are visiting Eugene for two weeks, Nov. 12-25. We
really don't want to be without email for that long.
We'll both have our laptops with us (some guy is giving a presentation
at the 11/18 meeting about Linux on laptops, I think (-: ), but our
laptops have WinModems which don't work with Linux.
Any suggestions as to how we could get some short-term net access in
Eugene? Best would be an Ethernet we could plug into, but any machine
we could run ssh and a web browser on would be okay, too.
Open ethernet ports at the University? Public terminals at EFN?
What's available?
We're willing to pay a reasonable fee...
Thanks.
