Public terminals at efn are available; they provide browsing and ssh
(you might need to ask at the desk about how to start ssh, it's not
terribly obvious on some of the public machines). We don't currently
provide a public ethernet plugin, but that might be a good idea for us
to deploy. Our office is at 448 Charnelton, across Charnelton from the
jail; it's best to park on 4th. We are open:

If you don't need graphical browsing, we can set you up for gratis shell
accounts on efn, and you can use a terminal program with your BinModem to
get on to the efn shell, and use ssh and lynx from there.
