After reading Cory and Dock's responses you may be wondering if you are
the one who is crazy.

Fear not. As you can plainly see from the /. discussion and its linked
article, there is nothing impossible about affordable satellite
uplinking. It's available right now, of course, from starband.com and
Hughes, Teledesic, Wildblue and DirecPC will have their systems up and
running shortly.
