[EUG-LUG:34] Netscape phantom mailings

When I have a Navigator session running, Navigator will attempt to
mail...all by itself! Late at night it does this every ten minutes on the
hour. It does this less frequently during the day, but still nailed at
hour-synchronized times.

It doesn't succeed in mailing, because I don't have a username configured
in Netscape. Every morning, I have a pile of mailing error messages
stacked up.

I have bridging DSL.

It's 1:10 A.M. and...there it goes again.
