There has been talk about this, but it requires somebody with a good,
fast connection who doesn't mind sharing.  Having a friend or two come
over to share your t1 is one thing, but 30+ joes can get pretty crowded,
packet-wise.  I guess with traffic shaping it could be manageable, but
the more people you have going, the slower and more of a pain it gets to
be.
