Well, while thanks to the all-wise IRS, we are no longer strictly free except
to the indigent, efn can set you up with PPP at a sliding scale according
to whatever you can afford monthly; there is a 2 hour limit during prime
time, but if you get on after midnight you can stay on thru the start of
business the next day; i've downloaded base Debian installs over a 28.8
in that time frame before.
