What you do is use two floppies (one is a rescue/boot image, the other has
the install system) and install directly from ftp...then change your sources
list to a cool one and then upgrade.
The original base package is about 15-20 Megs, and the upgrade should be
about 50 megs... then you just ftp (using apt-get) out for add-ons.

It's more preferable than downloading a whole iso.
I have one iso that I use around the office... but it just speeds up the
install time when you're doing 3 boxes at a time.
