Depends on how much effort you're willing to go to.  You could look over
the Received: headers, find the originating mailserver, and see if it's 
an open relay, in which case you could report it to MAPS, see 
http://www.mail-abuse.org/rss ; you could contact the abuse contact at
the originating ISP (you can find out the contact info by means of
$ whois -h whois.abuse.net that-isp.tla
).  You might want to check out resources at
