What's the proper netiquette when you get spam other than hitting 'd'?
Do some people email the domain it originated from thinking it might
be a hacked box?  Should you email some abuse@ email to report spam
and get it on the blacklist?

Usually I hit 'd' once or twice, but if I keep getting the same spam,
I'd like to report it somehow.
