We must have a meeting with Eric Schiff before we can do this again, and
this meeting will include the signing of documents. There are some
Caveats, Provisios and Adendums that I was not previously aware of that
must also be stated.
If at some time we rent the rest of our space out, and the renter for
some reason needs the conf room on thursday night, EUGLUG will be outta
luck. If at some time Premirelink needs the space on thursday night (has
been known to happen before), EUGLUG will be outta luck.
