Could we set the meeting with Eric Schiff for thursday; i'd be more comfortable with the whole thing if all the people who are currently out of town have a chance to comment (Seth, Mike, etc.). Can you give us some idea of what needs to be signed and who needs to do the signing? It's mostly a matter of having group consensus ahead of time, rather than trying to assemble it after the fact. :) This list is the right place to discuss all the issues. thanks larry
