Originally the purpose of this reflector and EUG-LUG was to
promote Linux, and to serve as a medium of help for those who are not
fortunate enough to be a guru with Linux. The fact that some poor slob got
arrested for no reason, and whether or not it was a travisty of justice, is
of no interest to me, and in my humble opinion does not belong on this
reflector. EUG-LUG, as I recall, stands for Eugene Linux Users Group. Not
Eugene Linux Political Action Group. If you and others on this particular
reflector wish to make it a political referendum for people who want to be
active in that sort of thing, then please unsubscribe me now.

Regards and respect to all,
                                         Jim Darrough
