Ok, list created: [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the subscription address. Purpose: for any activism or political issues related to Linux, Open Source, etc... Anything that touches the average user is fair game. This would include DMCA, DeCSS, Napster, EFF issues, etc etc etc. Other lists: [EMAIL PROTECTED] This was the steering committee list. Herding makes more sense. If you want to be _active_ and _reponsible_, and volunteer your time to the LUG, you should be on this list. [EMAIL PROTECTED] If you want to discuss building clusters of computers, join this. There are a bunch of you out there, so now you have a place to talk and share ideas. [EMAIL PROTECTED] Created as a place for discussion of gaming, not just computer games though... board games, card games, etc are fair topics. This is slightly off target for the LUG, but it's related cause a bunch of us are avid game people. [EMAIL PROTECTED] This list is for all Oregon LUGs to plan, discuss and implement Oregon-wide events. Any other good ideas for lists, send them to me, and I'll create them. Mailing list creation is a 20 second process for me at this point. There are web archives, but I need to test them before I post details.
