        So are you telling me that it should be working?  Because it
isn't, so something must be wrong.  I added user www to the daemon
group, but I haven't looked to see if this is working yet...
        Are you using rotatelogs in your httpd.conf?  What are you
trying to tell me?  Did I completely do something wrong?
