If you're thinking about dual processors, check out this board:

If you do get an all in one board, be sure you can disable board 
features as needed.  Otherwise it's a pain if, say, the video subsystem 
goes out, or if you want to upgrade to better sound (sound is typically 
very basic for all in one boards).
