I think the potential for this goes far beyond
Eugene.. . What do people think about making a
site dedicated to collecting this sort of info
(via a database)? One mention on Slashdot, and
we'd have a lot of entries in it.

Asking for: Name/etc, Company, contact info,
project, budget, savings ($ and time), etc.
Make it searchable so someone could say "Show me
anyone who has sucessfully used free software in
Oregon, with a budget saving of $10,000 or
more.." or whatever.

The work of doing one for 'us' would be about the
same as doing it once for everyone, and then
Other LUGs and free software developers/supports
could point people to one place to find success
stories.
