don't you work at that store in the oakway center? the one that sells
an intel pro 100S NIC for $69? i can get those at PC Parts for $42. i
also find the staff to be knowledgable and polite. they're the reason i
can offer my clients a decent, low cost computer.

all of the "cheap" parts in my computer came from there, and i have yet
to find a bad part in their inventory. on the flip side, i bought a
motherboard from VOS and a chip from Fry's. i'm not sure which one is
bad, but one of them is screwing up my buddy's system.

despite the fact that i have no business license, these guys were
willing to compromise and actually hold parts for me (although it's
probably because i come in there every month or so with $500+ in parts
requests...)

i also like the fact that, while i get ribbed for buying a "shoddy"
part, they respect my reasons for purchasing it. they don't act like
know-it-alls, or try to upsell more than once.

whoops... propaganda mode kicked in. sorry.
