A LADA circuit comes in 2 and 4 wire varities.  I don't know if there is a 6 
wire version.  The 2 wire can go up to about 1 meg, the 4 wire about 2 meg.  
This depends on the quality of the line and the distance.
Qwest installs it for about $50 or $100 and you are billed $25 a month for 2 
wire and $50 for 4 wire circuits.
I have one 2 wire circuit between 2 businesses that are a little farther 
apart than you were talking and they are maintaning about 768K.
