So I'm building a home file server. I'm using Potato (aka Debian stable).
I want this server to have multiple IP addresses on the same Ethernet interface. What should I put into the Debian config files to make this happen? For that matter, where is the config file for the ethernet interface's primary IP address? This system has kernel 2.2.17, and manually ifconfig'ing eth0:0, eth0:1, etc. works fine. -- Bob Miller K<bob> kbobsoft software consulting http://kbobsoft.com [EMAIL PROTECTED]
