so, how many geeks are out there this morning coding or trying to get FlightGear working?
i thought so... i am having a problem with my system whereby i will come back to my computer after a time and it will be hard locked. i can't even crash X, it's that bad. symptoms occur most often when XMMS is left on, and sometimes when i have it shut off (leads me to believe that it isn't neccesarily a software problem...) symptoms started when i after i reinstalled the system with a new video card and sound card (so it could be either, or the hard drives...) i was wondering if i need to use any special tools to look at kernel and X logs. i want to see if anything is immediately apparent. thanks!
