In truth, I have to say that until recently Gates never gave anything
to anybody except for upper middle class pet projects and gifts designed
to buy something - like the death of a competitor. However, I get the
impression that the Gates Foundation is different. It may be funded
by somewhat tainted money, but it seems to be for real and seems to
be trying to improve the world. One needs to give Bill credit for this.
