 .kde/share/config/kwordrc
is the file. Its in every users directory. You could copy one to the other 
users, but Id recommend renaming your/.kde/share/config/kwordrc to 
blown.kwordrc, then startup kword, and it should startup. You could also edit 
your blown file, and see if you can fix it... if its worth the effort. 
        I have been dealing with the gimp that way... somehow the gimp wants to hoze 
my system(which is already running way too high...)
