I've been using Debian 2.2 (Potato) since around January 2001. And Suse Linux before that I use linux for everything. I read my e-mails , check linuxtoday, slashdot, freshmeat & debian planet. I play the gnome freecell which is by far better than the windows version. I'm learning how to do things on linux you can't do on windows. I love showing off Linux running multiple x windows and then running and xscreensaver as a background. I've been using gnumeric for spreadsheets at work. I use Evolution for the calendar and scheduling for work. At work I installed Suse and I'm thinking about installing Debian. I run Linux all the the time. When I do use windows at work on other computers I think it really sucks. I guess I've grown accustomed to multi user & multi tasking and then going to even an NT system and finding out it's not multi user nor multitasking as I view it. I find most after running Linux is it's a joy. I am no longer frustrated with constant reboots and reformatting and reinstalling. What is fun is I feel like I have control of my computer and my OS rather than it having control of me. I always felt powerless with windows and now I have the power. On almost everything I've done to mess up my system I was able to fix and this makes me feel great. Not like the frustration I received all the time with windows. So basically I use Linux all the time. Futsing well I call it learning, how to use Linux better.
