He didn't say.  That was the sum total of his question.  He isn't real talkative.
What I know about him is he is in a MS shop but he is trying to learn Linux.  I
imagine stats and allocating bandwidth is what he is interested in.

If anyone else has any ideas, I'll add them up and send them to him.
