Windoze box but you can't ping from Windows then the NIC drivers need to be
reinstalled.  I'd start with removing and adding the TCP protocol, removing then
adding the NIC driver.  If it still doesn't work, reinstall Windows.  Maybe try a
different NIC before you reinstall Windows.
