Hi all, A friend of mine is doing some remodelling at a business in Blachly. They have a Red Hat 6.1 box with an HP Surestore tape drive on it. They can't get the software (TapeWare) to perform automatic backups, but it does do manual backups. I have three boxen on my bench at home, a full-time job, and need to finish a bunch of work on my house before it starts raining.
Might anyone want to give these folks a hand? Several people (including HP tech support-- big surprise) have been unable to get this to work. Cheers, Dennis
