I can work :) I wish I could say I have some experience with those tape drives, or redhat (tried it many times, had nothing but problems...).
If all they need is some scripts writen to automate the processes, I can help, however from your comments, Id suggest they find an alternative to the hp surestore... It doesnt sound like hp wants it to work for them...
