The problem was nobody during the summer, and then mixed with that the commitment issue. Larry got tired of watiing around and nobody showing up save for Neil. I'm going to suggest MONTHLY for now... and if the demand gets strong, add meetings as needed. Schedule wise, some Fridays and some Tuesdays are bad.Wednesday or Thursday tended to be the best. As for efn staff, there are 4 people who could attend/close: Larry, Patrick, Roger and myself. Only takes one of us, so once a month shouldn't be hard to make happen without much pain.
