About two months ago I started receiving email from [EMAIL PROTECTED] and similar addresses. Apparently 'someone' is sending spam with my Yahoo account as the return address. If any law is passed regarding spam, would I be held liable for these emails? (and the 100s or 1,000s that didn't have transmission errors)
