Netzero dialup was about .1x normal dialup when I used it last.  So if
they provide a service that is 5x [thier] dialup that would be .5x
normal dialup. ;)

Netzero had a crappy free service.  There is a general rule of thumb
you've heard before, 'you get what you pay for.'  Good dialup service
used to be worth 15-20 a few years ago.  Anything less was crap, because
it was below the cost of good service.  That may have dropped a little
bit, but you're not going to find 5xdialup or (5x28.8=144k [isdn]) or
5x57.6=288k +dsl) for less than at least $35 and that is likely too low.
