I only give that outcome middling odds. The judge just might decide the whole thing is complex enough to be worth hearing all the way through. IBM did do a *beautiful* job, though, of destroying SCO's credibility with their Addendum to [IBM]'s Reply Memorandum in Support of Motion to Compel Discovery.
