I've heard this from a number of other folks, too, but I for one have not [yet] had any problems with them... they are the hardware suppliers for Lunar Logic and seem to do us well so far. If there are problems with them in the future, I'll suggest ComputerBase to my superiors... but I did want to put in a "yay" for VOS, from my perspective.
