Comcast is. You need to order a digital cable package first then
you can get the HD box and channels for less than $15 more. I
don't do it because I don't want to pay $40 or more a month for
something I hardly use. The $3 I pay over the top of my internet
provides enough for me to watch since it's normally only
Discovery Channel on the plasma that I enjoy. Although I *would*
like the HD content it's not worth the cost to me.
