That's what I did.  BLK_DEV_PCD202XX_NEW sees the card but not the drives.
BLK_DEV_PDC202XX_OLD sees the card and the drives but not the fact that they
are mirrored.  IDEDMA_PCI_AUTO is set in either case.  I'll stay with 2.4.20,
for now.

Maybe the kernel guys gave up on Promise beyond using it just as an IDE card?

Oh well.  I guess that's what I get for trying to go cheap.
