Ive used a few of these services, and dyndns is what Im using right now... I 
only use it for testing stuff and goofing off, I have one computer setup to 
update if my ip changes. it works pretty good, but I dont rely on it much, 
and definetly not for mail... A long time ago I setup mail (mx) using 
monolith (ml.org). I dont recommend dynamic ip + mail server, but it will 
work...

another nice feature of dyndns is they offer a bunch of domain names you can 
put your host on (such as kicks-ass.net, or isa-geek.org, ...)
