In disk utility you simply click burn, it will ask what you want to
burn, and you find your ISO and open that.

I guess I do need a hand. I found the Disk Utility app OK, but I'm
not clear on how to use it to write an ISO image to a CD.
I've also found the Disk Copy app, which allows me to mount the ISO
as a disk. But when I try to drag the disk image onto the empty CD,
I'm told that there's not enough space on the CD. *argh*!
