You mean OPN actually has space to offer?
Anyway, my criteria are something like this:
* Available & reliable (i.e. open and willing to have us once a week every
week all year long)
* No fee
* Network access
* Decent parking
* People under 21 welcome
* Not too much noise
Nearby food is a plus, but not a necessity.

I suspect that would fail the "not too much noise" test. My experience
at the EMU Buzz indicates that it's really hard to talk about Linux, or
anything else, when there's a band playing loud music (the Buzz didn't
usually have bands, but they do have big noisy speakers that can only be
turned off by sabotage).
Establishments like Indigo District sometimes fail the "no fee" test too.
