Just start removing components until it POSTs. Try pulling the RAM and see if it beeps at you. Make sure your video card is fully seated. Pull the power plug, hit the power switch a couple times and plug it back in. Be sure all your PCI cards are completely in. I just had a dead NIC the other day keep a machine from POSTing even though it powered on. Hardware is fun :)
