Bingo! > you really only want a wireless transceiver than can plug into the > Ethernet port. Most wireless Access Points can work in this respect. Thanks Chris. So an AP works the same way as a "bridge" which Bob suggested? Assuming with an AP/bridge solution I won't have any MacOS support or driver issues? If so sounds like an AP in bridge mode is the best way to go? Any recommends for AP's/bridges that work on this iMac DV? Or are they all the same in this regard and I just need an AP/bridge one that talks to the PC via TCP/IP Ethernet on one side and is compliant with 802.11b (or 802.11g) on the other side? If so I will investigate the Linksys WET11 or WET54 as Bob recommended. Today I learned Qwest will be shipping the Actiontec GT701-g http://www.qwest.com/internethelp/modems/gt701/index.html Thanks to everyone for all the helpful advice.
