well, level of functionality well also determine cost. How long
you want it to last adds to the equation.
For example: Kbob, how much service time have your P4 boxes had
compared to your dual Athlon? Is the buying experience made more
affordable by having a more reliable machine?
Then there's the I just want to "hack around on something"
parts. That's where you fill the gaps with routers, SBC's, and
Fry's weekend specials.
