Static arp between the PC and the Smartbits and the PC and the EVM.
      [PC] arp -s 15.0.0.2 00:02:d8:00:07:02 // EVM Eth1
      [PC] arp -s 192.168.1.11 00:00:00:01:01:01 // Smarbits

Supposedly others have gotten this working with the same Distro and
patches on the PC.

Smartbits sends traffic from a single Originating IP 192.168.1.11 to 2
destinations 10.0.0.3 and 10.0.0.4. The tester sends simple UDP packets
with a random payload at various percantages of line rate. In this case
starting at 5% of 100Mbit. Packets are sent out a single port on the
Smartbits to the PC. The PC should be routing packets for each
destination down the appropriate ppp tunnel.
