Besides using mount / umount to mount the drives, there is fdisk -l 
to show you the partitions on the drive.

Is there some other feature of the swapmanager that you want?

You can use a tool like rsync or unison or rdiffbackup to make
copies of file systems. 
Or if you use the brute force method, you can do a mirror snapshot with dd.
