I say boradcast the heck out of it. Online, OTA, even audio on the radio... cascade free radio might be interested, among others -- the Jefferson public radio might be a good place too. Some of our booth partners at the Country Fair are involved in radio: KBOO, KRVM, and Indymedia PDX. I suppose red tapes leads to a point of diminishing returns, but maybe you could recruit an excitable high-schooler to deal with the paperwork as a civic volunteerism project or something...

If you put it up on community access TV, you'll spend a month fighting
red tape, and then all of 3.4 people will see it.
