If you compare it to the Dell 30" http://www1.us.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/monitor_3007wfp?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~tab=specstab#tabtop you will see that the dell has twice the resolution, but its $2,200! If you can live with 32" instead of 37", you can save quite a bit.
