Get it professionally designed and printed. Maybe O'Reilly and/or other
vendors (Red Hat/Novell) could throw the local LUGs some co-op funds to help
make this happen. AMD, Intel and Google also has dollars available for such
endeavors. Not sure of any local IT vendors that might want to help out but
in the past I've received substantial discounted and/or free design work
and/or printing for non-profit orgs/charity events thru QSL Printing. Koke
is another alternative.

If something is printed make it so the content has extra staying power. A
professional looking "informational piece" which can be distributed for
several years into the future. That is avoid dating any of the content or
including any phone numbers, mailing/email/web addresses which are not
written in stone. Also avoid lisitng meeting dates/days/locations unless
those will not change in the forseeable future. Instead include such info on
a secondary piece which can be printed up on-demand in small quantities.

Less than two months to LinuxFest Northwest 2006.
