My mom had a comcast DVR, she had a lot of problems, comcast tried to
help, but even replacing the unit didnt help, and she ended up switching
to dish because of the hassle. She hasnt had any problem with the dish,
or thier DVR.
I have a friend that got a comcast DVR about the same time mom switched,
and he hasnt had any trouble with his DVR. However, i was over his house
last night, and did notice some weirdness (like i have) with his cable.
