No Horst,

I just made a stupid out of hand comment. You may have seen the movie
Cheap, Fast, and out of Control. I was looking forward to seeing some
robots. It was more about Naked Mole Rats and was a disappointment. I was
wondering if this movie will be more of the same.

Having worked in Semiconductors for years, I have seen some exotic robotics.
With 12 hours to kill you get to examine them fairly closely. Hynix has an
amazing robotic wafer transport system, with a elevated monorail to rival
Seattle.

My technical discussion in my sci-fi story will have a lot robots.
Electrically stimulated polymers as muscles; that sort of thing. See
Marshall Brain's Robotic Nation for a preview

Horst, that's a good German name. I have a good friend in Nurnberg named
Horst. He and his wife Evi showed me around Bavaria; what I didn't see on
my own via my involvement with a Trigonometric Point Recovery Survey.

Brian
