Does anyone know the local payback-for-watts policies?
(over the years, I've seen the payback ratio decrease as reported by Mother Earth News and other eco-journals... some grids won't pay back anything, but some folks upload power anyway)
I am going to the HOPES conference this weekend at UO and should be able to answer my own question soon :)

(very cool stuff, there -- check it out if you have the time and inclination)

It is really not a big deal, I have a solar system that feeds back
into the grid. One inverter and two disconnect boxes and all done.
