Rockbox is cool on just about every bit of hardware that supports it. In fact, Rockbox being well-supported on a device usually gets past my objections to the device. Of course, Rockbox supports nobody's DRM. Not Microsoft's, not Apple's. That's really too bad, because it means that I have to find a player that supports Microsoft-flavored DRM and has good firmware, preferably including bookmark features. I haven't seen it yet, but I'm hopeful about the Cowon/iAudio player, as noted elsewhere. Rockbox on an iPod will have to wait until I get rid of the DRM on a few ITMS purchases from ages ago. I assume this is a when, not an if. _______________________________________________ EUGLUG mailing list [email protected] http://www.euglug.org/mailman/listinfo/euglug
